Ross Investment and Insurance Group is currently looking for a highly motivated individual with great discipline, perseverance, and a professional attitude to join our firm as the Marketing Coordinator for our growing office in San Angelo, Texas. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in our organization by assisting our staff with a variety of supportive duties. This position involves a significant amount of communication and offers room for advancement within the company.

- Must have a minimum of 3 years marketing experience or a degree in marketing or finance from an accredited university
- Must be familiar with web design, proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, graphic design, and google docs
- Must possess knowledge and computer/data entry skills
- Must have attention to details and the ability to interpret procedures
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to resolve daily issues, answer frequently asked questions, and ability to judge the right time to escalate more complex issues.
- Must be able to optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Must have knowledge and skills to perform hyperlink configuration
- Keep front desk clean and supplied with all the necessary supplies
- Answer incoming calls, redirect them when needed
- Displays professional courtesy at all times
- Maintains a customer service attitude
- Must be able to speak publicly and give group/one-on-one presentations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Must be prepared to grow with the company by taking courses and expanding knowledge
- Attend community events
